This project showcases the design of a compact, functional box created to house a roll of protective plastic for permanent makeup machines. The cover ensures cleanliness and hygiene during procedures by preventing pigment stains on the device.
The process began with precise measurements of the average diameter of devices used by permanent makeup artists, ensuring the box's dimensions fit universally. Using Adobe Illustrator, I crafted the dielines with meticulous attention to detail —accounting for dimensions, bleed, color profiles, and font usage for a manufacturer-ready design.
Next, I brought the design to life through digital mockups in Blender 3D, testing proportions and ensuring the visuals aligned perfectly with real-world needs. This iterative process between Illustrator and Blender allowed me to identify and resolve potential issues early, guaranteeing a flawless final product for printing.
The result? A functional, visually appealing box that meets practical needs while maintaining professional standards
