Pigment Cup Boxes

This project involved designing a cohesive set of packaging for two essential products used by permanent makeup artists: a protective plastic roll for covering machines during procedures and pigment cups for dipping needles. The goal was to create packaging that was both functional and visually distinctive, ensuring ease of use in warehouses while maintaining a family-like design.

To differentiate the products, each box featured unique color accents, making identification effortless during handling. The process began with precise measurements of the plastic rolls and pigment cups to ensure the packaging accommodated 50 or 100 cups as needed.

Using Adobe Illustrator, I crafted detailed dielines, specifying dimensions, bleed, color profiles, and typography for manufacturer precision. Once the designs were finalized, I transitioned to Blender 3D to create realistic digital mockups, testing proportions and fit. The iterative process between Illustrator and Blender ensured all potential issues were resolved before sending the files to the printing house.

The result was a professional and practical packaging solution that met both functional and aesthetic requirements
